Returns/Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important for us. K Beauty Lab is happy to accept returns on most unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items - as we guarantee the purity, freshness, and authenticity of the products we sell.
Final sale products are not refundable. Refunds DO NOT include any and all shipping charges.
If you need to return an item, simply send us a request to return the merchandise via link at https://shopify.com/84111425845/account.
Once your return request is approved, you will be emailed a shipping label. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. Returned merchandise must be received at K Beauty Lab within 2 weeks of return approval date.
Please note: Do not send merchandise in a padded envelope or non-sturdy packages - if we receive the product(s) back damaged - we cannot refund you. The item(s) must arrive back to us in saleable condition. We recommend that you insure the package as well - as we cannot be responsible for items that break in transit or are lost or missing.
Once we receive and approve your returned merchandise, a refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Shipping
K Beauty Lab currently ships within the United States including AK and HI. We do not ship to the U.S. Territories.
We offer free shipping on orders over $199 after discounts and before taxes.
Most orders ship within 5-8 business days. Due to the high volume of orders, processing and shipping may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Wrong Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. If the package gets lost due to the wrong shipping address, we regret that we do not offer a refund. Please double check your zip codes and detailed address before the checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
In the unlikely event that a package is marked as delivered but is lost or stolen, we will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue and provide any available options for solution. Please note that once a package is marked as delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to ensure its safe receipt. We strongly recommend that customers take precautions to ensure the safe delivery of their packages, such as requesting signature confirmation or providing a secure delivery location. We regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered.
