• Slip on a comfy pair of our house slippers before you check-in or bring a pair of your own clean socks instead.
• We enjoy little ones! But as a courtesy to our guests, please keep young children at home with a trusted loved one.
• If there is anyone waiting with us during your treatment, we ask that they please keep noise to a minimum for the other guests (i.e. silence smartphones, tablets, phonecalls to be taken outside, etc.)

Our time together is important. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. In the case of cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, any deposit made at the time of booking will be non-refundable.
