There should be sufficient street parking next to our lab.

• Please arrive 10 mins before your appointment.
• Slip on a comfy pair of our house slippers before you check-in.
• We enjoy little ones! But as a courtesy to our guests, please keep young children at home with a trusted loved one.
• If there is anyone waiting with us during your treatment, we ask that they please keep noise to a minimum for the other guests (i.e. silence smartphones, tablets, phonecalls to be taken outside, etc.)

• Do not wear makeup on the day of treatment.
• Excess hair may need to be shaved. Men should be cleanly shaved.
• No sun-tanning or self-tanners 4 weeks prior to treatment. (This includes spray tans, tanning lotions, tanning beds, sun exposure, etc.)
• Avoid treatments that may irritate the skin for 1-2 weeks prior to treatment. (Waxing, depilatories, etc.)
• Notify the lab with any changes to your health history or medications since your last appointment.
• History of herpes or cold sores may require an anti-viral prescription, such as Valtrex, prior to your appointment.

• Avoid sun exposure and use a broad spectrum (UVA/UVB) sunscreen to prevent further sun damage.
• Bruising, redness, and swelling may occur and resolve within time.
• Avoid heat, such as hot tubs, saunas, etc. for 1-2 days.
• Avoid skin irritants for a few days post-treatment. (Products containing tretinoin, retinol, benzoyl peroxide, glycolic/salicylic acids, astringents, etc.)
• Multiple treatments are required. (?)
• Notify your physician if you have any concerns (blistering, excessive redness/swelling, etc.)
• Consult with your physician about when you should start resuming your skin care regime. (?)
