Thank you for shopping with K Beauty Lab. Every order is packed and shipped from our flagship in Ewa Beach, Hawaii — with the same care we bring to every treatment in our clinic.

Because we ship from Hawaii, please allow a little extra time for your order to reach you. We've outlined what to expect below.


Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.


Shipping options & rates

All orders are shipped via USPS with the following options at checkout:

  • First Class Mail — economical, suitable for smaller orders
  • Ground Advantage — standard shipping
  • Priority Mail — faster delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected service.

Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $99 or more, sent via our standard service.


Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery time

Please allow up to 10 days from the order date for your package to arrive. This includes weekends.

Most orders arrive sooner — Priority Mail typically delivers within 3–7 days, while standard services arrive within 5–10 days. Delivery times may vary depending on USPS volume, weather conditions, or holiday seasons.


Tracking your order

A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way through USPS.


Lost, missing, or delayed packages

We understand how frustrating it is when a package doesn't arrive on time. Here's how we handle each situation:

If your tracking shows your package is in transit but it hasn't moved in several days

Please contact us at kbeautylabshop@gmail.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We'll work directly with USPS to locate your order. If your package is confirmed lost, we'll offer you a full refund or a replacement — whichever you prefer.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive your package

This usually points to a delivery error or porch theft, which is outside our control. That said, we still want to help. Please contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery date, and we'll do our best to investigate with USPS. We'll handle each case thoughtfully and find the best resolution together.

For high-value orders, we recommend selecting a service with signature confirmation when available.

If your package is simply running late

USPS occasionally experiences delays, especially during holiday seasons or extreme weather. If your tracking is still moving, please allow a few additional days. If you don't see updates after 10 days, reach out and we'll look into it.


Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at kbeautylabshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged package and product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.


Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not able to reroute packages once they're shipped, and orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.


Holidays & busy seasons

We don't ship on federal holidays or weekends. During peak seasons (December holidays, major sales), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We'll do our best to keep you updated.
