DIRECTIONS:
Keep in the freezer or freeze for three hours before use. Put the cooling plate onto the skin and gently pressed down or rub around the spot. Much better effect when Soother Gel or Soother Mask with it.
PRECAUTIONS:
Check the cooling plates temperature before use (Caution: low temperature burn). Apply within 20 minutes and DO NOT stay in one spot.
