We want you to love what you bring home from K Beauty Lab. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help — within the guidelines below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns within 14 days

You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • All seals, cellophane, or protective wrapping must remain intact
  • The item must be in the same condition as received

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.


How to start a return

  1. Email us at kbeautylabshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and the reason for return
  3. We'll review your request and send you return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.


Final Sale items

Some items are marked Final Sale on their product page and are not eligible for return or refund. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing these items.


Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity

Reactions to skincare are uncommon, but we take them seriously when they happen. If you experience an adverse reaction:

  1. Stop using the product immediately
  2. Consult a medical professional for evaluation and care

To process your case, please email us at kbeautylabshop@gmail.com within 14 days of the reaction with:

Required:

  • Your order number
  • A note or documentation from a licensed medical practitioner — this can be a simple doctor's note, urgent care visit summary, or any written confirmation from a healthcare provider that you experienced a skin reaction

Optional but helpful:

  • A photo of the reaction
  • A list of other products used at the same time

Once we receive and review your documentation, we'll issue store credit to your K Beauty Lab account, which will be automatically applied to your next purchase.

Why we ask for medical documentation: We're not in a position to evaluate skin reactions on our own, and we want to make sure you're getting proper care. A note from a healthcare provider helps us process your case fairly while pointing you toward the right support for your skin.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at kbeautylabshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away — no return shipping required on our end.


Refund processing

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We'll inspect it to confirm eligibility
  • You'll receive a confirmation email
  • Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you'd like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order. We're happy to help guide you to a product that's a better fit — just reach out.


What we cannot accept

  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Opened, used, or altered items
  • Items missing original packaging or seals
  • Final Sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
